   SO READY PreK 4

   The PreK 4 program is for students who are ready for school. They are fully proficient in the use

   of the bathroom. They can easily pull up and down their pants/skirt/underwear,

   flush the toilet and wash their hands, and do not require any help. These pupils take pride in their

   self care abilities and are eager to learn new things.

   To take part in this program, children must be 48 months (4 yo) and under 59 months (5 yo) 

   by October 1st.  We keep a ratio of 1 adult to 6 children (4 kids less than the State's permitted

   ratio) so everyone receives the attention and care they need and plenty of small group

   teacher-lead opportunities.

   Children will be introduced to different academics through teacher lessons, small group practices,

   play and exploration. Teachers pick and choose from a variety of curriculums to better fit the

   interests of the current students in the class. The main purpose of preschool is however, to prepare

   your child to being a "school child". Our goal is to build confidence and self-help skills as well as

   social and emotional skills so you child can thrive and focus on learning once in Kindergarten. 

   With daily communication through the Class Dojo application, you will see pictures and videos

   along with captions of what happened during the day. The Dojo app. also offers a messaging system

   for direct communication with the teachers and Director.
