In order to complete the registration process we will need:
1. A completed Registration Form (see above)
2. A copy of your Child's Birth Certificate
3. Payment of the *Administration Fee ($60)
4. Payment of the *Security Deposit (equal to 1 month tuition)
(*administration fee and *security deposit are non-refundable)
Before the first day of school we will need:
*Immunization Records (The influenza vaccination is required by law, by December 31)
*Universal Health Record -to be completed by the child's pediatrician
Your child may not begin school without all of the paperwork completed properly and handed to the office.
A welcome letter will be mailed to your family during the Summer and will include our school calendar and a project for your child to bring into school on the first day.
