In order to complete the registration process we will need:          

      1.  A completed Registration Form (see above)

      2.  Payment of the *Administration Fee ($60)

      3.  Payment of the *Security Deposit ​(equal to 1 month tuition)

      4.  One time $35 *student supplies and cleaning fees

          (*fees are non-refundable)​​    

Before the first day of school we will need:

*Immunization Records  (The influenza vaccination is required by law, by December 31)

*Universal Health Record  -to be completed by the child's pediatrician

*The Safer Practice Policy completed and signed (click here to download)
*The Parent Information Checklist completed and signed (click here to download)


Your child may not begin school without all of the paperwork completed properly and handed to the office.


A welcome letter will be mailed to your family during the Summer and will include our  school calendar and a project for your child to bring into school on the first day.
